Role and Responsibilities
Job Description
We are looking for a manager responsible for Learning and Developing strategies for Retail area. This role connects business priorities to scalable training and development programs that strengthen retail execution, sales performance and leadership capabilities across teams, regions and partners.
This position offers the opportunity to shape learning initiatives in a complex, multi-category business, partnering closely with Retail, Sales and Marketing operations. The role has a direct connection to commercial performance and the customer experience.
Key Job Responsabilities
· Define and lead learning and capability development strategies aligned with retail and commercial priorities.
· Design and oversee onboarding, product training, leadership development and performance enablement programs for internal teams and retail partners.
· Translate business needs into practical learning activities that can be delivered consistently across channels and regions.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective execution, governance and continuous improvement.
· Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess learning effectiveness, business impact and return of investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Area, Marketing, Education or a related field.
- Professional Experience: significant experience leading Learning & Development, capability building or commercial training programs, including team and stakeholder management.
- Specific knowledge / skills: Experience designing learning strategies for large or distributed audiences; strong project management; analytical and communication skills; ability to connect training initiatives to business outcomes.
- Languages: Fluent Portuguese and professional proficiency in English.
