- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Sales Representatives selling to a breadth of clients across assigned segments in GCR.
- Build a high-performance culture through coaching, performance management, talent development, and continuous feedback.
- Attract, onboard, and retain top sales talent while supporting career growth and succession planning.
- Establish a strong sales operating rhythm, including regular training and development, pipeline inspection, deal reviews, coaching cadence, performance management, CRM hygiene, and data-driven decision-making.
Sales Execution & Growth
- Drive new logo acquisition, client expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across Visa’s network capabilities, issuing and acquiring solutions, commercial payments, tokenization, risk and fraud solutions, cross-border money movement, and value-added services.
- Lead the team's engagement with clients across the full growth journey, from new market entrants and emerging businesses to established financial institutions, merchants, enterprises, and scaled platforms.
- Support complex commercial discussions and strategic partnerships across financial institutions, merchants, fintechs, digital issuers, payment platforms, enablers, processors, government entities, and other priority clients in GCR.
- Coach DSRs on full-cycle sales execution, including prospecting, qualification, solution selling, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Own team-level revenue delivery, pipeline generation, sales productivity, forecast accuracy, conversion performance, and disciplined execution against growth objectives across assigned segments and markets.
- Review and refine sales plays, deal strategies, territory plans, enablement materials, and operating rhythms to improve prospecting, qualification, conversion, activation, and expansion across GCR
Portfolio & Territory Management
- Oversee a large, high-volume territory and portfolio spanning multiple client segments, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.
