Senior Account Manager, Retail Media

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Manager, Retail Media based in Canada.

This is a strategic account management opportunity supporting the growth of an expanding retail media platform and its enterprise retail partners. The role will own a portfolio of strategic accounts from onboarding and enablement through adoption, growth, and long-term relationship management. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners understand advertising capabilities, improve campaign performance, and identify opportunities to generate incremental revenue. The position combines relationship management, data analysis, technical product knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Product, Business Development, Finance, Ads Quality, and other teams to resolve issues and turn partner insights into actionable improvements. The role also offers the opportunity to strengthen account management practices through playbooks, QBRs, KPI frameworks, and scalable processes. This position is well suited to an experienced account manager who can combine commercial thinking with analytical, technical, and relationship-building skills.
