Senior Analyst, Sales Productivity

Job Summary:

The Sales Productivity role is responsible for supporting sales operations by managing key processes related to account creation, CRM support, paid order assistance, and pricing activities. This role helps ensure smooth sales execution by maintaining accurate customer and sales representative information, supporting internal sales tools, responding to order-related inquiries, and assisting with pricing requests and quotation activities.

The position works closely with sales representatives, customer support teams, pricing teams, and other internal stakeholders to improve process efficiency, resolve operational issues, and support customer-facing activities. Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and knowledge of sales support systems are essential for success in this role.

This role will require working hours aligned with the supported business time zone, which may fall outside standard Philippine working hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

·       Support account creation activities, including setup and maintenance of Sales Rep Budget IDs, Sales Rep Home Address IDs, and customer address IDs.

·       Process and manage Customer Onboarding Requests.

·       Update and maintain customer contact information in Salesforce.

·       Provide CRM support, including Command Center assistance and Salesforce access requests.

·       Respond to questions related to the My Samples Tool.

·       Support MDF fund requests, as applicable.

·       Assist with paid order inquiries, including order status updates, expedite requests, and lines-down situations.

·       Support pricing-related activities, including on-invoice Vendavo deals and off-invoice chargeback agreements.

·       Handle price requests and support quotation activities for materials and TSD quotes.

·       Assist with material variant and discrete SKU requests.

·       Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.

·       Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in sales support processes.

·       Act as a subject matter expert for key processes, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

·       Develop and deliver training to enhance team capability and ensure consistent process execution.

Basic Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified prior to start date.

·       Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, customer data management, analytics, or a related field.

·       Working knowledge of Salesforce, CRM platforms, reporting tools, or enterprise business systems.

·       Experience supporting sales operations activities, including order support, customer data maintenance, Salesforce updates, reporting, and issue resolution.

·       Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.

·       Experience serving as the team subject matter expert, providing guidance, support, and process expertise to team members.

·       Experience developing and delivering training to support team capability, knowledge transfer, and process consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience analyzing data to identify trends, support business decisions, and improve operational performance.

·       Experience maintaining dashboards, CRM data, reporting tools, or system hierarchies.

·       Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to research issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.

·       Experience supporting process improvement, business transformation, or data standardization initiatives.

·       Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams and cross-functional business partners.
