- University degree;
- Minimum 2-3 years of financial audit;
- Strong English language skills, other languages (German, French) will be a plus;
- Strong accounting knowledge ( IFRS, US GAAP or ESG reporting will be a plus);
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels;
- Well-developed listening and questioning techniques, supported by strong analytical skills and organizational abilities;
- Strong team working skills.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of a team that provides assurance and audit services for financial or non- financial statements to a variety of clients;
- Perform assurance and audit procedures on complex accounting areas or ESG topics;
- Working as part of a team, liaising with both client and other specialist staff in the practice to provide high quality client services;
- Providing coaching and supervision to junior staff;
- Coordinate and collaborate with Competency Center;
- Reporting directly to managers.
