PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti è lo studio professionale member firm del network PwC per la consulenza legale e tributaria. Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.

Per il dipartimento M&A Tax di Roma siamo alla ricerca di un professionista abilitato alla professione di Dottore commercialista che abbia maturato dai 2 a 4 anni di esperienza in materia di corporate taxes.

L'attività svolta sarà la seguente:

attività di tax due diligence per operazioni straordinarie
strutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche ed internazionali
consulenza in materia di fiscalità d'impresa domestica ed internazionale.

Requisiti richiesti:

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Motivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale
Iniziativa ed orientamento al risultato
Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team
