You will serve as a strategic technical partner to the local General Manager while guiding an 11–12 person backend and mobile engineering organization. The role focuses on solving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder business and product challenges that require sustained technical and organizational leadership. You will balance proven engineering and product practices with the specific needs of the local market. This position is ideal for a product-minded engineering leader who can connect technical strategy with business outcomes. You will also help teams adopt modern AI-assisted and agentic workflows while maintaining strong engineering judgment and delivery standards.
