Senior Field Marketing Manager, EMEA
AI in this role
Scale the EMEA field marketing engine and manage first-party and third-party events for an agentic AI company.
At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.
This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.
Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.
At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.
Role OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to help scale Harvey’s EMEA field marketing motion as it grows from early foundations into a repeatable, region-wide programme.
The groundwork is underway: playbooks, agency relationships, event criteria, and reporting. Your job is to take them further. You’ll join a small EMEA field team, own a significant share of the event programme, and help transform our field motion across every market in EMEA.
You’ll own both first-party and third-party field events, from executive dinners and roundtables to conferences and sponsorships. The role is highly executional, but also highly strategic: you’ll be expected to get deep into the details while helping define what “great” looks like for field marketing at Harvey.
This is a role for someone who loves being close to the action: partnering with Sales, working events on the ground, improving every touchpoint, and turning a high-volume motion into a repeatable, measurable, high-quality growth engine.
What You'll DoScale the EMEA field marketing engine: build on the existing playbooks, processes, planning rhythms, agency model, vendor bench, and measurement foundations, and strengthen them so field marketing can run at higher volume across more markets without losing quality.
Plan and execute high-quality field programmes: own a portfolio of third-party conferences and first-party events (executive dinners, roundtables, and hosted formats) end to end, from selection and planning through to onsite delivery and follow-up.
Partner deeply with GTM: work with Sales and customer-facing teams to prioritise markets, accounts, audiences, and event formats that support pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, and strategic relationship building.
Raise the quality bar for how Harvey shows up: booth experiences, onsite execution, pre-event targeting, attendee briefing, Sales enablement, VIP moments, follow-up, and post-event reporting.
Make event motions scalable: apply and sharpen the frameworks for when we sponsor, when we host, what package we buy, who attends, what Sales needs to do, and how success is measured, so each new event is faster to stand up than the last.
Own execution details: manage budgets, logistics, vendors, agencies, timelines, staffing, swag, onsite delivery, lead capture, and follow-up across multiple events and markets.
Measure and improve impact: track performance across field activity and feed what you learn back into the shared EMEA field plan.
What You Have
4–7 years of experience in field marketing or event marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services, including experience scaling a motion rather than only running an established one.
Proven experience planning and executing high-quality events or field activations that support pipeline, lead generation, account engagement, or revenue impact.
Strong Sales partnership instincts and experience.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised and operationally rigorous, with a high bar for detail and the ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders, vendors, and timelines at once.
Comfortable taking early-stage processes and making them stronger and more efficient.
Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to connect event activity to GTM priorities and measurable business outcomes.
Comfortable getting hands-on, from strategy and planning through to onsite execution, rep wrangling, logistics, and follow-up.
Familiarity with AI tooling is highly desirable.
Experience marketing to legal, financial services, consulting, enterprise, or other high-touch professional audiences is a plus.

Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: Field Marketing, Event Management, B2b Marketing, and Campaign Management. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
- Show where AI is part of your daily process, not a one-off project — this role expects it to be a running habit.
