We're expanding our technical capability within the Banking & Wealth practice to meet this moment. This role puts you at the centre of that growth. 

Make a Real Impact 

We're looking for a Senior Intelligent Solutions Consultant to join our team in Athens. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you'll shape solutions, build them, and see them through to delivery alongside our engagement teams and clients. 

• Design and deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions for banking, wealth management, and financial services clients  
• Take solutions from concept through to production  
• Act as a trusted technical advisor within the practice, helping shape proposals, client conversations, and solution design 
• Collaborate with teams across the firm while maintaining strong delivery momentum within your engagements 
• Stay current on emerging technologies and bring relevant, practical ideas into client work 
• Support business development: contribute to pitches, demos, and technical solution design 
• Mentor colleagues and help grow technical fluency within the practice 
• Present findings, recommendations, and working demos to senior client stakeholders 

What You Bring Matters 

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus) 
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying data-intensive solutions in production environments 
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and comfort working across the full solution stack 
• Working knowledge of modern automation and analytics tooling — including large language models, generative technologies, and intelligent automation frameworks 
• Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms  
• A proactive, self-directed working style — you're comfortable taking ownership and driving delivery 
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English  
• Comfort working in client-facing, fast-paced project environments 

Strong Advantage: 

Experience in or exposure to financial services, banking, or wealth management 

• Familiarity with end-to-end solution delivery  
• Curiosity and passion for continuous learning in a fast-moving field
