Job Description

Overview:

The Business and Strategy Analytics (BSA) team is part of the Intelligence and Data Solutions function, partnering with the Asia Pacific Regional President’s Office to enable Visa’s internal business units to optimize performance and make intelligence-driven decisions. The team is at the forefront of transforming how intelligence is created and consumed across the organization — combining Visa’s proprietary data assets, frontier AI, and embedded human expertise to democratize trusted insight at scale.

Under BSA, Management Intelligence (MIS) team is building Visa AP's decision intelligence platform. We started by standardizing data and metrics across markets. Today, we're building the next generation of intelligence infrastructure including AI agents, knowledge layers, data products, and self-service decision tools.

Why this role:

The Growth Products & Business Transformation Lead is accountable for moving MIS Works’ value story from cost savings to revenue generation. The role starts by redesigning legacy, manually run data operating processes into an AI-enabled MIS Works environment, creating measurable cost savings through scalable migration programs. Over time, the focus shifts toward building products that combine internal and external data to generate commercial value and unlock new business opportunities.

This is a newly created seat: the successful candidate will build the function from the ground up, establishing the transformation, delivery and adoption processes described below.

The role reports to the MIS Works Leader and partners closely with Product & Portfolio, Agent Studio, Decision Science and Acceleration Lead in MIS team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field delivery of Advanced AI products and agents into business functions and markets, ensuring rollout is matched to real operating constraints on the ground.
• Lead the redesign of legacy, manually run data operating processes into an AI-enabled data environment, moving disconnected workflows onto platform-native, agent-assisted operations.
• Design and run business adoption loops that convert field usage into structured feedback for Product & Portfolio and Acceleration.  
• Identify new business use cases and commercial opportunities through market and business engagement, and translate them into revenue-influencing products that support sales growth.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of analytical expertise in applying statistical solutions to business problems.
• Postgraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading rollout of AI and data/analytics products into business functions, ideally within payments, financial services or a related enterprise environment.
• Experience in working with real-world data sets and building scalable models from large-scale data.
• Track record leading the modernization of legacy systems, tools or reporting processes onto a new platform, ideally within an AI or automation context.
• Working knowledge of MI/analytics platforms and how field adoption gaps surface as product, data or agent-output issues.
• Experience building or commercialising data products that combine internal and external data sources.
• Comfortable partnering with data engineering, product and AI/agent teams to translate field feedback into backlog items.

Business Qualifications:

• Results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
• Good business acumen with strong ability to solve business problems through data-driven quantitative methodologies. Experience in cards/payments, retail banking, or retail merchant industries is important.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, with the ability to tailor data-driven results to various audience levels.
• Strong stakeholder management across business functions, markets and seniority levels.
• Comfortable holding a sign-off/decision point in a cross-functional process without becoming a bottleneck — a hold, not a veto.
• Proven ability to build a new function from scratch, given this is a to-be-hired seat.
