Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Media

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving global paid acquisition and improving marketing efficiency across multiple channels.
You will own day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, pacing, bidding, targeting, and performance analysis across established and emerging products.
Your work will directly influence customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, revenue growth, and lifetime value.
You will collaborate closely with Creative, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve campaigns, landing pages, tracking, and measurement.
The role combines hands-on platform expertise with structured experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
You will work across international markets and help evolve paid media strategies as new channels, products, and objectives are introduced.
The position offers a high level of ownership within a remote-first, cross-functional environment.
