Technology Risk at PwC Poland is a team of more than 50 experts. We provide consulting on processes, systems and organization of the IT ar - we implement SAP and SAP GRC projects from concept development to configuration in the system. We identify, analyze and manage business and IT risks for customers in various sectors around the world. 

We are looking for: 
Senior SAP Security Consultant 

Your future role: 

• Participation in advisory and audit projects for our SAP clients in Poland, Central Europe and/or globally. 

• Designing and building security frameworks and authorization models in S/4HANA, SAP ECC and other SAP technologies (incl. SAP Fiori). 

• Designing  SAP Security policies, standards and controls to manage technology risks in SAP environment. 

• Advising on setting up relationships between IT and business functions. 

• Providing advice related to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements with a special focus on SAP technology. 

Apply, if you have: 

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in identifying Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts, analyzing risks, and defining or evaluating mitigating controls within SAP environments. 

• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC) related to SAP systems, including access controls and compliance frameworks. 

• Experience working in client-facing consulting roles, with the ability to communicate risks and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Fluent English and Polish communication skills (both written and verbal) to support collaboration in both local and international projects. 
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:  

• Experience with SAP GRC or other access management tools supporting Segregation of Duties (SoD) processes. 

• Familiarity with audit processes, working alongside internal or external auditors, and understanding of regulatory standards such as SOX.
