Develop hardware-accelerated AI software applications and multimedia pipelines for streaming AI and computer vision on NVIDIA GPUs.
We are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer! Academic and commercial groups around the world are powering a revolution in artificial intelligence using deep learning techniques running on NVIDIA GPUs, enabling breakthroughs in problems from image classification to speech recognition to natural language processing. Intelligent machines powered by AI computers that can learn, reason, and interact with people are no longer science fiction. In this role, you will develop hardware-accelerated solutions that enable rapid creation and deployment using the latest deep learning, artificial intelligence, and computer vision technologies. This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate within a worldwide matrixed software team focusing on core technologies for Multi-Modal and Streaming AI applications including CV and various exciting Vision AI technologies and have broad impact within our highly dynamic and technology-focused company.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain AI software applications for multimedia platforms.
- Design and Implement algorithms for enhancing audio, video and augmented reality effects for media and entertainment workflows.
- Deploy software applications across multiple platforms. Windows expertise would be a big plus.
- Profile and optimize the AI pipelines to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Take on complex system-level optimization and resource utilization challenges.
- Participate in a product development lifecycle that values high standards for clear requirements, software quality and performance.
- Write code in Python and C++
What we need to see:
- B.Tech./B.E., M.Tech., or PhD in CS/CE/ Electronics degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software development experience on Linux
- Complex system design and development using Python, C++ 14/17/20, and object-oriented programming.
- Background of computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and proven success in problem-solving and achieving performance objectives.
- Passion for expanding your technical knowledge into new areas.
- Ability to excel in a multinational, multi-time-zone environment: excellent communication skill (verbal & written), collaborates well, represents our core values.
- Experience with cloud native architecture involving dockers, k8s, microservices.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Demonstrated implementation of computer vision / machine learning applications, microservices, container and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with any multimedia pipeline frameworks.
- Experience working with High Availability environments
