The Position

主要工作职责:

• 日常仪器及配套解决方案的维护和维修工作
• 根据技术手册的要求，独立完成安装，保养和常见故障排除的工作
• 不断提高责任客户满意度和忠诚度
• 收集并反馈客户需求及最新市场动态信息，协助相关团队持续优化升级解决方案
• 充分理解公司的相关服务工作流程，并能严格遵照执行
• 熟练地运用工具， 例如Rexis 和Grips 等，不断学习和提高维修技能
• 根据公司服务流程要求，及时和准确地更新维修数据
• 协同应用技术，客户服务及其他人员解决问题，加快维修进度
• 通过现场调查，工程变化和整体产品知识制作服务手册和报告
• 作为公司和客户沟通的桥梁，确保为客户提供有效的服务，处理客户投诉
• 对员工，客户及经销商进行安全操作仪器的培训和技巧的展示
• 协助技术服务部的年度预算
• 协助经销商的管理。零配件的管理
• 确保维修服务活动符合SHE 的要求
• 主管指派的其他任务
• 遵循罗氏所有合规要求，包括但不限于罗氏信息安全，罗氏商业中的行为，罗氏竞争法互动对话，罗氏安全健康环境等，合法合理开展业务活动

基本任职资格:

• 电子，计算机、机械专业大专及以上学历
• 英语说写能力俱佳
• 熟练应用微软办公软件
• 3-5年相关工作经验
• 服务专业知识
• 计划和组织
• 以客户为中心及客户关系管理
• 内部合作协调
• 产品和运用的专业知识
