As the Site Cybersecurity Leader (CSL), you will be the trusted cybersecurity authority at one of our dynamic manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or mixing centers. Your expertise will be essential in protecting our operations from potential information security incidents and ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
In this influential position, you will lead and represent all aspects of Information Security and Cybersecurity, playing a crucial role in fortifying our defenses against information security threats. Your mission will be to reduce risks and eliminate losses that could hinder a site’s ability to prevent, detect, and respond to information security incidents ultimately ensuring site’s ability to make, pack, ship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively lead development, enrollment, and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan that feeds the site digital master plan.
- Lead site cybersecurity capability building and create a sustainable and visible culture of cybersecurity awareness unique to the site.
- Actively participate in the available CSL Community of Practices to bring back best practices, enhance site cybersecurity action plan, and share for reapplication.
- Serve as the first point of contact for site information security incident response, initiate the response process, and contribute to the SBU PS Technical Information Security Leader and Business Information Security Leader's ownership of the response team.
- Serve as the “C” contributor to the site’s governance, risk, and compliance activities, with the exception, they will be the “P” process leader for MAGICS IT Digital System Toolkit execution.
Success Criteria
- Deliver site security action plan to ensure Zero Business Impact to site due to information security incident(s).
- Upskill site teams on information security through exercises, campaigns, lunch & learns, and orientation programs while leveraging site specific data metrics to measure and report updates to leadership.
- Continuous information security improvements through participating in cybersecurity CoPs as well as ensuring site information security solutions, systems, and work processes are performing optimally while driving out losses.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Has exposure to and can explain what the five critical controls are according to SANS Institute.
- Proficient self-starter with the ability to influence others and explain complex security ideas in business context.
- Quickly learns new skills/processes, can adapt to digital ecosystem changes, and consistent record of delivering
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Wilmer, TX.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information/Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Certified in Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or ability to obtain them within 3 years.
- Strong understanding and have implemented the NIST CSF.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing security controls and protecting ICS (prefer Rockwell/Allen Bradley) and SCADA systems.
- Proven experience in Information/Cybersecurity as a SOC Analyst, Security Architecture and Engineering, Forensics, Risk Analyst, Developer, System Administrator, or NOC Engineer.
