Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

- Work model: onsite

• Strategic investment projects with real impact on the future of manufacturing
• Combination of technology, organisation, communication and leadership
• Room for autonomy but also a strong background within the process engineering team

Qualifications for the Role

• Experience in managing complex projects in manufacturing, automation or technical environments
• Ability to independently manage a project from A to Z
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills
• Systemic and analytical thinking, common sense
• Czech language
• English language (for project communication)
• Advantage: knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean, Six Sigma, agile management
