Your Impact
• An experienced Software Engineer with domain expertise and a passion for solving complex business problems.
• Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for cross-functional team success.
• An expert in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile engineering practices, staying current with industry trends.
• Collaborates effectively with Product Owners/Business Analysts and multi-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release high-quality features.
• A skilled troubleshooter who performs root cause analysis and implements fixes for complex production issues.
• Applies best practices, business insight, and independent problem-solving to continuously elevate products and services.
• A mentor who supports team members and fosters a culture of learning, inclusion, and collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, Master’s with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Supply Chain ERP (E-Business Suite 11i, R12) Modules -Advanced supply chain planning (ASCP) ,Order Management and customization is a plus
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, and web service integration.
• Strong understanding of Angular, React, Java, Spring Boot, REST Apis, Node.js and Python
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Practical experience using GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development work
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Working experience on Prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG / AI-assisted automation
• Relevant certifications in Java, Oracle, Cloud technologies, AWS, and AI/ML.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Azure
• Proficiency in Generative AI (Gen AI Green Belt), MCP tools and Data Science & Security Green Belts
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Oracle, MongoDB, and Snowflake databases
