Key job responsibilities
小売・消費財業界の大手企業に対し、少数社専任のソリューションアーキテクトとしてアーキテクチャ設計・提案を行い、デモの作成やPoCの実施を通じて顧客のビジネス成長を支援する。
顧客の意思決定層や経営陣との信頼関係を構築し、技術的なアドバイザーとして中長期的なクラウド活用戦略やデータ戦略の策定を支援する。
最新技術を活用し、顧客のビジネスや技術の課題に対して適切なソリューションを提案する。AIを活用したユースケースの実装やモダンアーキテクチャへの移行支援を含む。
セミナー講演、ハンズオン、ワークショップなどを通じて技術情報を社内外に展開し、業界における Thought Leadership を発揮する。
顧客からのフィードバックをもとにサービス開発チームと連携し、プラットフォームの改善に寄与する。
A day in the life
このポジションでは、日本を代表する小売・消費財企業の技術戦略の実現を最前線で支援します。営業担当と密に連携しながら、お客様のIT部門の現場課題から経営上の課題まで深掘りし、日々バラエティに富む提案を行っています。
週の約半分は顧客とのミーティングに充てます。アーキテクチャの議論、新サービスの紹介、経営層とのエンゲージメント、協業案件の技術支援など、多様な場面で顧客と向き合います。
個社グループや業界向けのミートアップやワークショップが頻繁に開かれ、AIや最先端のクラウドによる業務ユースケースを特定し、迅速に技術を適用する活動が行われています。
AIコーディングツールや業界向けソリューション、各種社内AIツールなど、最新のテクノロジーに触れ続ける環境があります。金曜午後などまとまった時間を技術検証やキャッチアップに充てています。
オフィス出社を基本とし、スペシャリストとの迅速な課題解決やホワイトボードを使った戦略議論が日常的に行われています。日本はもとより世界中にいるソリューションアーキテクトの仲間の力も借りながら、具体的に実現へのステージを進めていきます。
裁量労働制に基づく柔軟な働き方が可能です。顧客対応のスケジュールに合わせて、自律的に業務を組み立てることができます。

Retail & CPG チームには、小売・消費財業界の大手企業を担当するソリューションアーキテクトが在籍しています。グローバルのソリューションの活用に留まらず、顧客の個別ユースケースに対してソリューションの改造や開発をクイックに行い、その知見を同僚のSAに迅速に展開し共有し合う文化があります。AI活用の推進、データ戦略の支援、モダナイゼーションは今後の重点課題であり、チーム全体で取り組んでいます。

Basic qualifications
- プリセールス、アプリケーション開発、インフラストラクチャ構築のいずれかにおける7年以上の経験
- 大規模エンタープライズ企業に対するプリセールス、テクニカルコンサルティング、またはソリューションアーキテクトとしての3年以上の経験
- 複数チーム・複数ファンクションと連携した中長期の技術戦略・実行計画の策定/推進をリードした経験
- 日本語（ネイティブもしくはネイティブに近いレベル）及びビジネス英語（読み書き・会議での議論が可能なレベル）
Preferred qualifications
- データ/AI基盤、生成AIを活用したエンタープライズソリューションの設計・提案経験
- 大規模マイグレーション（データセンター移行、モダナイゼーション）のリード経験
- グローバルチーム（複数リージョン・複数タイムゾーン）との協業経験
- エンジニア組織のマネジメント経験またはテクニカルリーダーとしてチームを率いた経験
- 英語（流暢なヒアリング・スピーキング）
