In this role, you are expected to:
- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to VAS, VCA and South Asia business teams regarding deal structures, product initiatives, commercial arrangements and regulatory matters.
- Serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders and support the continued growth of Visa’s services-led businesses across the cluster.

- Support RFP responses, new product launches, strategic initiatives, acquisitions-related integrations and go-to-market activities.
- Advise on legal, regulatory, privacy, data governance, intellectual property and risk management issues affecting VAS offerings.
- Provide legal support for all business activities across Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan, including product, commercial, regulatory and operational matters.
- Work effectively with regional and global legal, compliance, privacy, tax, risk and government engagement teams.

Adapt your resume
