AI in this role
Lead the Customer Evidence Program for Amazon Ads, owning the strategy and production of case studies and advertiser success stories.
The GTM & Marketing Strategy team drives efficiency across Amazon Ads by architecting the processes that align Product, Marketing, and Sales and building the single sources of truth that keep all teams moving together. Products ship faster than proof can keep up. The Customer Evidence Program closes that gap, ensuring credible advertiser results are ready when Sales, Marketing, and Product need them.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our Customer Evidence Program. This role owns the strategy, production, and distribution of case studies, proof points, and customer success stories that power Amazon Ads’ go-to-market engine. You will ensure that every major product narrative, sales moment, and market conversation is supported by credible, compelling advertiser evidence to further articulate our brand strategy and industry positioning.
This is a high-visibility individual contributor role reporting to the Head of GTM & Marketing Strategy. You will partner across Product Marketing, Sales, Growth Marketing, Global Marketing Insights, Legal, and PR to deliver a forward-looking evidence portfolio aligned to business priorities and supporting core brand strategy. You will take ownership of an established framework and operating model, then drive continued maturation and execution at scale.
The right candidate brings strong program management instincts, deep cross-functional fluency, and a bias toward measurable output. You treat gaps in customer evidence as revenue problems and operate with urgency to close them. You understand best-in-class quality output and can operationalize multi-stakeholder workflows to consistently create this quality at scale.
Key job responsibilities
• Own and execute the annual customer evidence roadmap, ensuring alignment to go-to-market priorities, brand strategy and core narrative, product launches, and commercial moments (Upfronts, unBoxed, fiscal planning cycles)
• Run the end-to-end production pipeline from advertiser identification and recruitment through data validation, narrative development, approvals, asset creation, and distribution
• Prioritize evidence production against business impact, maintaining both planned execution and flexible capacity for competitive and emerging needs
• Partner with Sales and account teams to identify and recruit advertisers whose campaigns demonstrate key value propositions
• Manage complex approval workflows spanning Legal, PR, and customer stakeholders with predictable timelines and enforced service-level agreements
• Audit existing evidence assets across internal repositories, identifying repackaging opportunities and net-new production gaps
• Contribute to competitive proof points and positioning in partnership with Product Marketing and competitive intelligence teams
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure locale-specific evidence for international markets
• Maintain quarterly, monthly, and real-time operating cadences that create accountability and visibility across stakeholders
• Present evidence readiness, gap analysis, and trade-off recommendations to senior leadership

- Experience creating and implementing large-scale organizational programs
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 5+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience, or a MBA and 4+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience in digital advertising and understanding of related ad specifications, file formats and technologies

Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: Program Management, Content Strategy, Cross Functional Leadership, Go To Market, and Marketing Strategy. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
