What You Will Do

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the future of the Lattice MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and the integrations that power Lattice AI. This is the connective layer that lets customers use Lattice performance data inside the AI tools they already work in (Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and Slack), and that brings third-party productivity data (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Linear, Zoom, Asana) into Lattice. As AI becomes the center of gravity for how companies work, this surface is how Lattice stays connected, interoperable, and indispensable. You’ll join a fully staffed engineering team ready to execute, and together you’ll make ecosystem interoperability a reason customers choose and stay with Lattice. 

If you enjoy solving complex problems, shaping platform strategy, and working with great internal and external partners, you’ll love the impact you can have here. As a Staff Product Manager for MCP & AI Ecosystem, you will:

• Define the MCP and AI ecosystem vision and multi-year strategy for Lattice. Establish what MCP, agents, and interoperable data should mean for Lattice customers and how Lattice can help shape the responsible use of AI in HR.
• Ship integrations that create leverage. Deliver new MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors that expand what admins, managers, and executives can do with Lattice data in the flow of work.
• Establish durable platform foundations. Drive product direction for authentication and permissions, agentic execution frameworks, data access, observability, reliability, and evaluations, so that future integrations are faster to build, safer to operate, and easier for customers to adopt.
• Be a technical thought partner to Engineering. Help shape technical direction on MCP tool design and third-party integration infrastructure, translating complex constraints into clear product decisions.
• Drive go-to-market with partners. Partner with Partnerships, Product Marketing, to launch integrations that deliver measurable customer and ecosystem impact.
• Own outcomes. Influence and own key results across integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.

What You Will Bring to the Table

We’re looking for an experienced product manager with the technical depth and strategic instincts to shape Lattice’s next generation of integrations and APIs. You’ll be a great fit if you have a combination of:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, integrations, API, developer, or ecosystem products with broad customer and business impact.
• Deep experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems, such as ad tech, martech, marketplaces, developer platforms, payments, data connectivity, or similar environments where partnership strategy shaped what you built.
• Technical fluency across third-party integration patterns, data sync and field mapping, APIs, webhooks, authentication and OAuth, permissions, and reliability. You can hold credible architecture conversations with engineers, security teams, and partner CTOs.
• A track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations in partnership with engineering, and of standing up partner or marketplace launches with go-to-market teams.
• Experience turning a platform or ecosystem into a competitive advantage and measurable business lever, rather than a set of table-stakes connections.
• The ability to influence senior leaders and align teams with different incentives around clear decisions, priorities, and outcomes.
• Clear, confident communication that brings internal teams and external partners into alignment.
• A bias for action and the ability to create structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving space. 

Bonus:

• Exposure to AI ecosystems, MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling (helpful, not required).
• Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS, or with HR/people-data or other sensitive-data workflows.
• Experience mentoring PMs or leading product practices across a team or product area.

Location Requirement:
This role is open to candidates located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada. At this time, we are only able to hire employees residing in these provinces.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $172,000 - $230,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
