Okta seeks a skilled Staff FullStack Engineer with expertise with People Technology Applications (Workday, Greenhouse, Cornerstone). As part of our Business Technology team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing full-stack solutions, including custom scripts, workflows, integrations, and system enhancements for both Workday, Greenhouse and Cornerstone to improve business processes and scalability. This role will report to the Manager in Bangalore, India. What you’ll be doing :

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions for the People Technology Tech stack like Workday, Greenhouse and Cornerstone Cloud Applications etc., using any of the full-stack applications like Node Js/React
Develop and maintain robust off-platform integration scripts using Python & LangChain to manage data transfer and interactions between People Technology apps (via API) and AI Platforms
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud-native solutions on AWS for RAG, MCP, A2A for Agentic AI (LangGraph)
Closely work with the BT Product Manager to design, develop, test, implement & support system solutions primarily in People Technology
Provide technical consultation, best practices, and problem resolution for AI and Agentic AI for the People tech stack Workday Studio / Extend, Cornerstone, Greenhouse, and associated integrated systems
Work with AI/ML teams and solution architects to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
Support & resolve production issues across the full application stack
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Agent to Agent (A2A) and MCP
Design and implement custom Generative AI solutions using the Workday Agent System of Record Agent Tools for practical Workday use cases

What you’ll bring to the role

- 9+ years in Python and its libraries (e.g., Pandas, Boto3) for data manipulation, ETL processes, and developing serverless functions to interact with foundational AI services on platforms like AWS Bedrock or OpenAI or equivalent platforms.
- 6+ years with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python), and an ability to collaborate effectively with Product & Design.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS solutioning, including designing and deploying production applications using core services such as AWS EC2, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, and API Gateway. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform is essential.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications and services.
- Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith is a strong plus.

And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following

Understanding of the HR/ERP platform is a plus

Education and Certifications

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent years of industry experience
- AWS cloud Certification or any ERP foundation certificate is a plus
