About the Job:

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies, operating plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and support business growth.
• Drive sales performance through effective forecasting, pipeline management, performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimise sales strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring strong conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to expand market reach and generate new business opportunities.
• Oversee sales operations, including lead allocation, sales planning, budget management and process improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts and support the delivery of commercial objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on achieving exceptional results.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field, with a Master's degree or sales management certification considered an advantage.
• Proven experience leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth, with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and operating plans.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics and performance reporting, with the ability to use data to identify trends, improve conversion rates and drive informed business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop lasting client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration and drive high performance.
• Effective communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage complex customer or business challenges.
