Are you passionate about transforming data and controllership operations through modern artificial intelligence? We're seeking a Technical Program Manager II to revolutionize how we leverage agentic AI solutions to deliver data-driven insights at scale. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of advanced analytics, AI capabilities, and technical program management to support International Operations Technology Services (OTS) customer operations.

You'll be instrumental in establishing data frameworks that enable fast, evidence-backed decision making for our global customers. This is a unique opportunity to apply deep analytical expertise and AI systems to create scalable solutions that help our customers operate efficiently and make informed choices about where and how to deploy resources.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of data analytics and AI-enabled programs by planning, coordinating, and managing cross-functional initiatives that support International OTS customer operations decision making and reporting
- Collaborate with engineering teams and technical leaders to design and implement scalable data solutions, defining both functional and non-functional requirements while considering tradeoffs in performance, maintainability, and security
- Navigate a matrix organization to identify data sources across verticals, synthesize complex information, and present actionable insights to director-level leadership using AI systems to accelerate analysis and presentation
- Mitigate program delivery risks by proactively managing schedules, tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, clearing blockers, and driving crisp decision making to meet project timelines
- Mentor team members and optimize operational excellence procedures by identifying process improvements and incorporating system quality enhancements into project plans

A day in the life
You'll begin by collaborating with your team to align on data vision and requirements, working cross-functionally to understand what data is needed and where to source it. You'll spend time analyzing complex datasets using AI capabilities to uncover patterns and solutions. Throughout the day, you'll navigate across organizational boundaries to gather inputs, then synthesize your findings into compelling presentations for director-level stakeholders. You'll leverage AI systems to work faster and more efficiently, ensuring your recommendations are backed by solid evidence and deliver meaningful impact for customer operations.

About the team
You'll be reporting into the central team for OTS Finance and Data (FD) International, a group dedicated to enabling data-driven excellence across global customer operations. Our team operates at the forefront of innovation, combining technical expertise with business acumen to deliver solutions that matter. We work collaboratively across the International OTS directorship, supporting customer operations with timely, accurate data that drives strategic decisions.

Basic qualifications

- Experience in technical product or program management
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred qualifications

- Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
