As an Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will sit at the intersection of AI-powered seller experiences and engineering efficiency — leading programs that use AI to simplify complex inventory workflows for millions of sellers while championing AI-native development practices that multiply your team's delivery velocity. Key job responsibilities
Drive programs that power seller success across 10+ global marketplaces — own S-Team-level Inventory & MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfilment) initiatives end-to-end in one of Amazon's fastest-growing international fulfilment ecosystems. Leverage AI and automation to accelerate delivery, sharpen decision-making, and redefine how technical program management operates at scale. Own end-to-end delivery of S-Team programs and cross-org initiatives for the Inventory and MCF Roadmap — from scoping and design through launch and post-launch validation Drive quarterly roadmap review and prioritization using structured, data-driven frameworks with a holistic annual planning perspective Coordinate across engineering, product, and operations teams to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure delivery alignment across IES (International Emerging and Established Stores) marketplaces Publish weekly program status reports, run monthly cadence reviews, and maintain transparent communication channels with VP/Director-level leadership Proactively identify technical and delivery risks; develop mitigation strategies and escalation paths to protect timelines Contribute to technical strategy including architecture input, Tech Goals planning, and execution tracking frameworks Leverage AI tools and Generative AI to accelerate program management workflows — including automated status reporting, AI-assisted risk identification, intelligent dependency tracking, and using AI coding assistants to prototype solutions and validate technical feasibility Champion AI-native SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) adoption within the team — driving experiments with AI-powered code reviews, automated documentation generation, and LLM-assisted scoping and estimation Build mechanisms for operational excellence — standardize program execution, reduce manual toil through automation, and create scalable frameworks that the broader org can adopt Influence without authority across multiple teams and orgs; mentor junior TPMs and contribute to team culture and hiring bar

A day in the life
Our primary focus is making sure complex, multi-team programs land on time — and that the right people have the right information to make decisions fast. You'll kick off most mornings scanning AI-generated program dashboards to spot what's off-track. You're not waiting for someone to escalate — you're the one who catches a slipping timeline before it becomes a fire. Mid-morning, you're running syncs with engineers and product managers across multiple teams — unblocking dependencies, aligning priorities, and making sure everyone's rowing in the same direction. These aren't status meetings; they're working sessions where decisions happen. Afternoons look different every day: One day you're leading a roadmap prioritization session — making the case for which AI-powered seller features ship next versus which platform investments need to come first Another day you're scoping a new Gen AI feature that will simplify how sellers manage their inventory across multiple countries — writing the brief, stress-testing the timeline, and lining up the engineering teams Sometimes you're deep in a technical design review with engineers — you don't write the code, but you understand the architecture well enough to ask the hard questions and flag risks early You might also be preparing a crisp leadership update for a VP audience — distilling weeks of complexity into a one-page narrative that drives a decision Beyond the day-to-day, you'll also champion new ways of working — experimenting with AI tools to automate status reporting, speed up estimation, and reduce the manual grind that slows teams down. You'll help the broader org adopt these practices too. Who you'll work with: Engineers, product managers, operations leaders, and senior leadership — across multiple countries and time zones. About the team
We build AI-powered inventory and multi-channel fulfilment systems that serve millions of sellers across international marketplaces. Our technology handles the complexity of warehousing, shipping, and stock management — so sellers can focus on growing their business. We're using Generative AI on two fronts: building intelligent seller experiences (smart restock recommendations, AI-assisted shipment creation, real-time tracking) and accelerating how we develop software (AI coding assistants, automated documentation, LLM-powered estimation). You'll work alongside engineers, product managers, and operations teams across multiple countries — with startup-level autonomy and direct senior leadership access.

Basic qualifications

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred qualifications

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
