Job Description:

This position performs reconciliations of bank reports and inputs data into the Treasury Management Workstation. He/She manages critical Treasury audit controls to ensure policy compliance. He/She prepares reports, inputs wires into the Treasure Management System, and engages in projects to support departmental initiatives. This position works closely with Global Business Services, Accounting, Tax, Operations, and external banking partners. This position is also responsible for supporting daily cash operations, bank account administration, payment processing, account reconciliation, and cash reporting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with internal stakeholders to address business banking needs.
• Maintain banking portals, user access, and account-related documentation.
• Perform daily and monthly bank account reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Provide backup support for critical treasury functions.
• Assist with opening, modifying, and closing bank accounts.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and banking portals
• Strong understanding of Treasury and cash management principles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent – Preferred
• Bilingual English/ Spanish – Strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• The internal Grade Level for this position is a 10D
• Position is on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
• Candidate must be geographically located in the same region as position or willing to self-relocate
