Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten
In Ihrer Rolle als Vorarbeiter Produktion (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie vielfältige Aufgaben, darunter:
- Leitung und Organisation der Produktionsschicht inklusive Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und effizienten Auftragsabwicklung
- Personaleinsatzplanung sowie fachliche Führung von ca. 7-8 Mitarbeitenden.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Produktionszielen sowie Qualitäts- und Arbeitssicherheitsstandards.
- Schulung, Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Schichtübergaben.
- Durchführung von Schichtversammlungen, Schichtübergaben und Mitarbeitergesprächen.
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität.
- Erfassung und Pflege relevanter Produktionsdaten im ERP-System sowie Mitwirkung bei Bestandskontrollen

Qualifikationen für die Rolle
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung.
- Sie sind mit industriellen Abläufen vertraut und arbeiten strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert.
- Sie bringen die Fähigkeit mit, ein Team zu führen, zu motivieren und sich auch in herausfordernden Situationen durchzusetzen.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Produktionsplänen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Qualitätsanforderungen.
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
- Sie können sich problemlos in Deutsch verständigen und Anweisungen klar kommunizieren.
