Als Werkstudent im Labor / Product Engineering Laboratory (m/w/*) unterstützen Sie unser Team bei abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben rund um Klebstoffe, Filmmaterialien, Formulierungen, Materialprüfung und Produktentwicklung. Am Produktionsstandort Hilden gewinnen Sie praxisnahe Einblicke in das Zusammenspiel von Labor, Entwicklung und Fertigung und erfahren, wie technische Prüfungen, Materialeigenschaften und Produktionsprozesse in der Praxis ineinandergreifen.


Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere

  • Erstellung, Vorbereitung und Testung von Labor- und Produktmustern
  • Ansetzen von Organosolformulierungen
  • Durchführung von Zugprüfungen und Klebkraftprüfungen an Klebstoff- und Filmmustern
  • Dokumentation, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten-, Prüf- und Inventarlisten
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Tätigkeiten in Entwicklung, Qualifikation und Produktprüfung

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

Mindestqualifikationen

  • Laufendes Vollzeitstudium im Bereich Chemie, Biochemie, Wirtschaftschemie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Materialwissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Verfügbarkeit von bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche während der Vorlesungszeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, da eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen am Produktionsstandort Hilden erfolgt
  • Interesse an praktischer Laborarbeit, Materialprüfung und technischen Fragestellungen

Diese zusätzlichen Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

  • Sie befinden sich idealerweise im 2. bis 4. Semester Ihres Studiums
  • Erste Laborerfahrung, z. B. durch Praktika, Studienprojekte oder praktische Hochschulmodule
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenmotivierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Laborproben, Messdaten und Dokumentationen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
