As an Account Manager Iat Amazon, you will serve as a trusted partner to account decision-makers, helping them navigate shared goals and deliver impactful outcomes. You will coordinate account activities, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations that move the needle for both your accounts and their end customers.

You will work backward from your accounts' needs, applying best practices and playbooks to ensure timely delivery of projects while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and tools. Key job responsibilities
Own and drive executive-level relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations
Lead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms and service level agreements
Conduct market analysis and forecasting to shape strategic decisions
Maintain complete ownership of the pickup network, including performance optimization and expansion strategy
Drive network development/roll-out, maintain and optimize current operations, conduct performance reviews, and manage contract renewals
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Tech Ops/Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management)
Lead business expansion, route-to-market strategies, and new product/service launches
Drive offline Marketing and Advertising campaigns with location partners
Ensure best-in-class customer experience across all Pickup locations

About the team
Amazon Pickup & Return Points (PARP) is an alternative delivery solution offering convenient pickup and return options to Amazon customers. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our network, handling major partners in retail, property management, and transportation sectors.

Basic qualifications

- Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Experience in account management, project/program management

Preferred qualifications

- Experience working effectively on milestone-driven projects

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.

Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.

In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
