  • How AI agents and digital assistants can augment human decision-making
  • How cross-functional teams advance digital transformation and organizational change
  • How to translate technical concepts into practical business recommendations
  • How organizations build sustainable capabilities rather than one-time technology deployments

Research and evaluate AI and agentic AI opportunities that could improve regulatory workflows, decision-making, knowledge management, and operational effectiveness. Assess business value, stakeholder impact, and adoption considerations.

Decision Science & Decision Quality

Explore how organizations make high-quality decisions in complex environments. Support projects that help leaders evaluate options, understand trade-offs, clarify assumptions, and improve decision transparency.

Decision Intelligence & Business Analytics

Assist in developing decision-ready insights through metrics, dashboards, performance reporting, business storytelling, and scenario analysis.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong interest in AI, business strategy, emerging technologies, and decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort working across business and technical teams
  • Curious, collaborative, and willing to learn

Preferred

  • Coursework related to AI, business analytics, digital transformation, information systems, or technology strategy
  • Experience conducting research, analyzing information, or supporting project work
  • Interest in organizational change, innovation, and the future of work
  • Exposure to data visualization, process improvement, or technology adoption initiatives

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is curious about how organizations make decisions and how emerging technologies shape the future of business. You enjoy connecting people, technology, and ideas to solve problems. While you may not want to build AI systems yourself, you’re excited to understand how AI creates value, supports decisions, and enables organizations to work differently.

You are interested in the business side of innovation, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape how people and technology collaborate in the future.

Skills and AI tools this role asks for

AI agentsAI Safety

Questions you could be asked

  1. How do you decide when an AI agent can act on its own versus asking for approval first?
  2. How do you think about the risk of an AI system in this kind of role failing silently?
  3. This role expects you to use AI tools as part of the job. Which ones have you used, and for what?
  4. Tell me about a time an AI tool got something wrong. How did you catch it?

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: AI agents and AI Safety. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list — this role treats it as a required part of the job.
