(AIG Sonpo) 延長保証保険 アンダーライター

職務目的（Job Purpose）

• 損害保険ビジネスにおいて、アンダーライティング（保険引受業務）は中核かつ不可欠なものであり、アンダーライティング部門が行う意思決定は、保険会社の損益に直接影響します。
• 延長保証とは、通常のメーカー保証に加えて、顧客サービスの一環として有償又は無償にて保証を延長するものであり、延長保証保険はその財務的リスクを保険にて補償するものです。また、自然故障に対する保証の他に、落下や水没に対する物理的損害を補償する場合もあります。この場合、約定履行費用保険や動産総合保険により補償を提供します。
• 延長保証保険のビジネスはAIGがグローバルで強みをもつ分野であり、今後の日本市場でのさらなる成長に向けて、アンダーライティング部門は延長保証保険、約定履行費用保険および動産総合保険の制度設計、販売促進、収支管理などへの貢献が期待されます。
  

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• 延長保証担当部門のアンダーライターとして、関連部門との連携の元、延長保証等の保険制度において、制度構築、引受判断等をリードして頂き、Head of Extended Warrantyへのレポートを行います。
• 通常の商品管理業務およびプロジェクトとしての商品開発業務（約款改定、料率改定等）も職責の一つとなります。
• 数は少ないですがグローバルの案件もあるため、メールによる英語のコミュニケーションが発生することもあります。

　最終学歴

• 学士号または同等の学位

• 調整能力およびコミュニケーション力

• 正確な日本語を読み書きできる能力

• 英語の読み書きに抵抗がない程度の語学力

　業務経験

• 損害保険業界における業務経験（３年以上）
