El Air General Office Assistant es un rol principalmente operativo, responsable de brindar soporte directo a la ejecución diaria de la operación aérea, con énfasis en control operativo, reportería en tiempo real, uso adecuado de equipos de escaneo y apoyo constante a los coordinadores de Importación y Exportación.

Esta posición participa activamente en el piso operativo, apoyando la toma de decisiones, asegurando la correcta ejecución de procesos y contribuyendo al cumplimiento de tiempos, servicio y calidad operativa.

Responsabilidades Principales

Soporte Operativo en Piso

Brindar apoyo directo y continuo a los coordinadores de Importación y Exportación durante la operación.
Participar activamente en el monitoreo de arribos, salidas, conexiones, cortes operativos y flujos de carga.
Apoyar la ejecución operativa en ventanas críticas, actuando como enlace entre coordinación, rampa y áreas de soporte.

Control Operativo y Reportería en Tiempo Real

Generar y actualizar reportes operativos en tiempo real para la toma de decisiones durante la operación.
Validar estatus de envíos, escaneos y movimientos operativos.
Identificar, registrar y comunicar excepciones, retrasos e irregularidades operativas de manera oportuna.

Uso Operativo de Equipos de Escaneo y Sistemas

Operar correctamente equipos de escaneo, dispositivos móviles y sistemas operativos UPS.
Verificar la correcta ejecución de escaneos conforme a los procedimientos aéreos.
Apoyar el control de integridad de escaneo y reportar fallas o desviaciones.

Comunicación y Coordinación Operativa

Mantener comunicación constante con coordinadores, supervisores y personal operativo.
Apoyar la coordinación de acciones correctivas durante la operación.
Brindar soporte operativo a requerimientos inmediatos del proceso aéreo.

Cumplimiento, Seguridad y Orden

Cumplir con todas las políticas de seguridad, procedimientos operativos y normas internas UPS.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de prácticas seguras y disciplina operativa.
Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias, organizadas y seguras.

Requisitos del Puesto

Bachillerato, GED o equivalente internacional.
Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas, especialmente Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Capacidad para operar equipos de escaneo, software y sistemas operativos.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en ambientes operativos y con tiempos críticos.
Alta atención al detalle y sentido de urgencia operacional.
Capacidad para levantar y manipular cargas de hasta 40+ lbs (18+ kg) de manera ocasional, según las necesidades de la operación aérea.

Requisitos Deseables

Experiencia previa en operaciones aéreas, hub, ramp, logística o importación/exportación.
Conocimiento de procesos aéreos UPS (deseable).
Experiencia previa en control operativo o seguimiento de KPIs.
