A STCO é a área dentro de Transportation Execution responsável pelo gerenciamento centralizado de rotas do dia, em todas as Delivery Stations da rede AMZL Brasil. Combinando análise de dados em tempo real, modelos de machine learning e automação baseada em sinais, a STCO otimiza a capacidade de entrega diariamente.
Estamos buscando especialista para integrar a equipe que opera 24/7 no Operational Risk Management (ORM) da STCO.
Key job responsibilities
• Atuar para monitorar rotas de entrega de pacotes em toda a rede em programas de entrega;
• Identificar e mitigar os riscos de entrega antes que eles se tornem obstáculos;
• Por meio do uso correto dos sistemas e da interpretação dos dados, garanta que os cronogramas críticos de entrega sejam atendidos, que as necessidades de recursos sejam compreendidas e que as prioridades diárias de trabalho sejam visíveis para a gerência sênior;
• Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as demais equipes de TE para identificar as causas principais e resolver problemas complexos relacionados à melhoria da entrega, operação do sistema e aprendizado de máquina;
• Consolidar dados diários, semanais e mensais, formulando e analisando relatórios para fornecer feedback à equipe do Central OPS BR
• Analise dados sistêmicos para identificar padrões de atraso por bloco, ciclo e tipo de provedor;
• Apoie o teste de novas ferramentas de automação e forneça feedback estruturado para melhorias;
• Participar da calibração de parâmetros operacionais para o contexto brasileiro;
A day in the life
O analista de risco de STCO atuará como executor operacional do time, sendo responsável pelas análises e ajustes de risco das rotas em duas estratégias de risco: proativo e reativo. O profissional deve ser capaz de operar em alta cadência, tomando decisões baseadas em dados com baixa latência e interagindo com múltiplos stakeholders.
Esta é uma posição com alto grau de ambiguidade, pois estamos lançando processos novos adaptados ao contexto operacional brasileiro. O analista será peça fundamental na calibração de parâmetros, identificação de gaps e retroalimentação do time com insights de campo.
Basic qualifications
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a similar field
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in oral and written communication in English
- Experience in an analytical tasks or projects, working with data
- Experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership
