Principais responsabilidades
• Apoiar, orientar, engajar e garantir a experiência dos times
• Trabalhar de forma independente e operar em um ambiente autônomo
• Trabalhar num ambiente de Operações bastante dinâmico
• Disposição e capacidade de trabalhar regularmente em São José de Meriti RJ, no turno das 16h00 às 02h00 - segunda a sexta-feira
Qualificações Básicas:
• Concluiu nos últimos 2 anos em Engenharia, Matemática, Estatística ou áreas correlatas — ou tem previsão de formatura até início de 2028
Qualificações Preferíveis:
• Fortes habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita
• Excelente liderança de times e habilidades interpessoais
• Conhecimento avançado em pacote office/IA
• Inglês intermediário B2+ ou superior
