This role combines recruitment coordination, candidate experience, project organization, and administrative operations in a lean and collaborative environment. You will work closely with the leadership team to keep recruitment projects, deadlines, and daily operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will span the full recruitment workflow, from publishing vacancies and sourcing candidates to screening, interviews, and ATS management. You will also maintain communication with clients and candidates while ensuring pending activities are followed up efficiently. The position offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, selection, project management, and operational routines. It is well suited to someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills with AI tools and recruitment automation.
