Associate - Client & Broker Engagement

Job Duties:

• Extract Data from Database and generate regular reports

• Conduct Pre/Post Campaign analysis and provide insights to support marketing team to design and review campaign performance

• Run Ad-hoc analysis to support business users

• Research and provide marketing insights

• Tracking business KPIs

Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Work closely with business development team and marketing team to ensure effective campaign delivered so as to drive business growth

Skills & Experience

• 1 year of analytics experience is preferred.

• Has an interest in joining financial institutions and willing to learn

• Strong problem solving skill and work independently.

• Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint

• Knowledge in SQL & Salesforce is an advantage

Qualifications & Attributes

• University graduate preferred

• Expected to achieve basic and simple insurance certification within probation period

• High energy level with a strong service oriented attitude

• Independent, driven and a self-starter

• Possess initiative, creativity and ‘think-out-of-the-box’
