AWS Japanの契約社員として給与を得ながら、デジタル・クラウド・AIスキルを体系的に習得します。クラウドやAIの専門知識がなくても構いません。学ぶ意欲とチャレンジ精神があれば、未経験からでもスタートできます。プログラムで得られるスキルと経験は、あなた自身のものです。
なお、選考過程で、障がいについて、配慮事項、障害者手帳の内容についてお伺いさせていただきます。
雇用期間：期間の定めあり（13か月）
勤務時間：10:00~17:00
開始時期：2027年1月1日（※実際の初出勤日は2027年1月4日（月）からとなります）

AWS AI Academyは、障がいのある方がテクノロジーの力でキャリアの可能性を広げることを支援する有給トレーニングプログラムです。
プログラム期間中は、講師による授業、自主学習、AWS社員によるサポート、キャリアカウンセリングなど、充実した支援体制のもとで学ぶことができます。

Basic qualifications
- 就業経験があり、基本的なPCスキル（Excel・Word・PowerPoint・Outlook）があり、英語の読み書きに抵抗がないこと
- 自身の障がい特性を理解し、配慮事項や業務状況を周囲に伝えられること
- 就業規則（勤務時間・勤務場所等）を遵守し、週5日オフィス勤務ができること
- 学ぶ意欲があり、Amazonの行動指針（リーダーシップ・プリンシプル）を実践する意欲がある方
Preferred qualifications
- 中級程度の英語力（英文メールの読み書き、英語での日常的なコミュニケーション）
- AIを含むITの活用スキルに前向きであること
