Midweight Brand & Motion Designer to create 2D motion assets, video content, and visual branding for campaigns.
We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.
Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.
Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.
The role
We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Midweight Brand & Motion Designer to join our in-house Creative Studio. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how our brand looks, moves, and performs across digital and print touchpoints.
As our go-to specialist for 2D motion design, you will elevate paid media campaigns, event branding, and website content with purposeful animation. Working collaboratively alongside designers, copywriters, and marketing partners, you will craft standout visual assets that maintain brand consistency and deliver impactful results.
What you will do...
- Conceptualise and animate high-performing 2D motion assets and video content for paid social, display ads, and video platforms.
- Design dynamic branding assets for brand and sales events, as well as lightweight web animations (Lottie/JSON).
- Develop thoughtful visual solutions combining strong fundamentals in typography, layout, colour, and motion.
- Maintain brand coherency across all outputs while building adaptable motion templates and design assets.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Design Lead, copywriters, and campaign owners from concept to delivery.
- Present visual concepts and storyboards to stakeholders, refining work based on feedback and ensuring clean file handoffs.
What you will bring...
- Proven design experience within an agency or high-performing in-house creative team.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital layout, print design, and 2D motion graphics.
- Strong grasp of animation principles, timing, kinetic typography, and storyboarding in After Effects.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Demonstrated ability to translate creative concepts seamlessly across multi-channel campaigns.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication skills and openness to creative feedback.

Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
