We are seeking a Business Analyst in the Last Mile Delivery Experience (LMDX) team.
This unique role will focus on leading reporting, dashboard creation, process automation and modelling initiatives in Amazon Logistics (AMZL) JP, partnering closely with functions like Senior Leadership Operations, Tech Team, etc.

This role will deliver critical business insights for last mile quality and play a key role to help LMDX team to make data driven decisions.

Key job responsibilities
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable reports/dashboards
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Identify processes to automate and scale ad-hoc requests and analyses
- Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs
- Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs

About the team
JP Last Mile Delivery Experience team owns key quality metrics that help us to understand operational status and drive business decisions to improve customer experience as well as driver experience through exploring complex and large scale data, driving a scalable solution and delivering insights.

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- 4+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written

Preferred qualifications

- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
