Job Summary

This role acts as a strategic consulting partner to senior leaders and People Partners, diagnosing workforce and capability challenges and designing enterprise-wide interventions that drive business performance outcomes. The role leads consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement.

What you'll do 


In this role you’ll: 

  • Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, proactively shaping demand, priorities, and the framing of capability challenge.
  • Diagnose business capability and performance needs, identifying root causes, future state hypotheses and the critical factors driving the issue.
  • Partner with assigned business domains to surface, shape and clarify capability needs, translating stakeholder challenges into well-framed consulting demand that can be brought into portfolio triage, prioritisation, or directing business stakeholders to relevant channels.
  • Translate problems into clear consulting briefs, with defined scope, hypotheses, success measures, and an agreed intervention direction.
  • Lead consulting engagements end to end, remaining accountable from diagnosis through intervention design, execution oversight, and evaluation.
  • Define resource requirements and guide downstream teams — including Experience Orchestration, Experience Delivery, Capability & Learning Experience Solutions, and other specialist roles — to support effective solution execution.
  • Shape the overall intervention approach, ensuring the right mix of human-led, digital, product, process, or specialist responses is brought together.
  • Monitor intervention progress, quality, and alignment to intended outcomes, keeping work on track and adjusting where needed.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders, influencing decisions and aligning stakeholders around workforce capability and performance
