Job Description:

Lead and develop the portfolio strategy for China consumer health care (CHC) portfolios.
Analyzes the relevant CHC portfolio, market, and competitors to develop GTM plans and storytelling that drive category growth (consumer skin care & consumer first-aid)
Portfolio Management/LCM, owning the profit center business results including topline sales, std GM% as well as pricing.
CHC portfolio NPI Pipeline & Launch: Understands consumer behavior and identifies unmet needs, to lead local NPIs and influence global team in product global innovation. Launches new products with a comprehensive marketing plan.
Responsible for achieving the standard margin of the profit center by establishing a base price strategy for each portfolio.
Develops a price increase plan to optimize margins and counteract inflation or changes in costs.
