About the team

You’ll join the Client Interactions & Contracts (CI&C) Global Operations team within Network Information Security (NIS). The team partners with stakeholders across regions to enhance service delivery, strengthen operational excellence, and support transformation initiatives. Together, we help build client trust in PwC’s information and cyber security control environment through scalable processes, automation, and data-driven decision making.

About your manager

You will work closely with experienced leaders across the global NIS organization. Your manager will support your professional growth, provide guidance on priorities, and help you navigate a complex international environment. Job description & summary

• Support the implementation and adoption of transformation, automation, AI, and platform initiatives that improve service quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Manage delivery plans, track milestones, risks, dependencies, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate service delivery activities across global CI&C teams and collaborate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor service quality and performance through operational metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement practices.
• Drive delivery readiness and maintain process documentation to support consistency and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Support platform enhancement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and workflow automation solutions.
• Help embed lessons learned and continuous improvement practices across the service.
• Participate in initiatives that strengthen client confidence in PwC’s security and compliance environment.

What matters to us

• 2+ years of professional experience in service delivery, operations, project management, information security, risk, compliance, or a related field.
• Understanding of information security, technology risk, compliance concepts, and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, SIG, CCM, and CAIQ.
• Experience with data analysis, operational reporting, stakeholder coordination, and managing competing priorities in a global environment.

What will help you stand out

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI technologies.
• Understanding of AI agents, workflow orchestration, responsible AI practices, and governance considerations.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, reporting, knowledge management, or IT service management.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, ServiceNow Now Assist, or similar enterprise AI and data platforms.
• Experience improving end-to-end business processes, automation, integrations, or API-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency with Power BI and familiarity with enterprise integration frameworks, including MCP.
