Client Success Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Success Manager based in Canada.

As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients throughout their partnership.
You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, onboarding, and support teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
The role combines relationship management, training, product adoption, and ongoing account support.
You’ll help healthcare practices increase patient enrollment and effectively leverage digital remote-care solutions.
Your analytical and problem-solving skills will support reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements in the client experience.

Travel to the United States may be required to support both new and existing clients.
