  • Support and implement trial installations in collaboration with Service and Business Innovation Units (BIU), ensuring systems are fully operational and collecting valuable feedback for product evaluation.
  • Proactively monitor system usage through regular customer interaction, identifying opportunities to optimise performance, resolve operational issues, and adapt solutions to evolving clinical needs.
  • Deliver ongoing clinical education programmes tailored to specific applications, ensuring users maximise system capabilities in their clinical practice.
  • Support commercial activities by conducting product demonstrations and presentations to drive adoption and sales of the IGT portfolio.
  • Maintain close collaboration with BIU teams to continuously develop application expertise and stay up to date on product innovations and new developments.
  • Contribute to product improvement by collecting and sharing structured customer feedback (e.g. via Customer Feedback Reports) to support the development of new features and system enhancements.

You’re the right fit if:

  • Bachelor Degree in medical imaging or nursing;
  • Proven experience in interventional cardiology and/or radiology;
  • Customer oriented;
  • Good Communication- and Negotiation skills;

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Clinical Education, Interventional Cardiology, Medical Imaging, Consulting, and Product Demonstration. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
