What we’re looking for:


As a CSE Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the training programs for our Field Sales teams. Your primary goal will be to enhance the knowledge, skills, and effectiveness of our sales team to drive impact and meet business objectives. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with the business objectives and Brand imperatives.
  • Create, deliver, and manage effective training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of field and marketing teams, including disease state, product knowledge, sales capabilities, and compliance guidelines.
  • Design and conduct sales training sessions, workshops, and presentations for field teams to improve their selling capabilities and performance.
  • Lead virtual and live application (if applicable) for each new hire training cycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, legal, and regulatory, to ensure training materials align with product messaging, scientific data, and compliance requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to incorporate relevant information into training programs and materials.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Identify individual and team training needs and provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives and sales managers for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the sales team by promoting ongoing education, sharing best practices, and encouraging collaboration.
  • Ensure Learning Management System (LMS) is maintained and provides a best-in-class experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and experts to leverage their expertise and resources.
  • Stay informed about new sales techniques, technologies, and industry advancements to bring innovative approaches to the sales training function.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years or more in sales or sales management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with content delivery and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, regulations, and compliance guidelines.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills to create engaging and impactful training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate individuals and groups.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), multimedia tools, and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to travel for training sessions and industry conferences.
