Consultant, AI Engineering

Job Description Summary:

Position Overview:

As AI Engineer, you will work with AI Lead to build into scalable solutions. You will build, ship, run and monitor Coca-Cola’s global AI solutions. You will ensure that software conform to the AI strategy and guidance established by the Coca-Cola AI team. You should have some knowledge and experience in Software Engineering, AI and Azure cloud as well as ability to quickly learn.

What You’ll Do for Us:

• Own architecture and system design — define technical direction, interfaces, and system requirements, ensuring AI-generated solutions meet scalability, security, and maintainability standards.

• Refine stories with product owners — translate business needs into clear requirements, testable acceptance criteria, and well-defined dependencies and edge cases.
• Direct AI agents through delivery — guide implementation and review plans, code, test coverage, and validation evidence throughout development.

• Own technical sign-off — confirm each story meets acceptance criteria, passes required tests, and satisfies engineering standards and the Definition of Done.

• Prevent recurring defects — turn review findings into automated checks, reusable agent instructions, and engineering guidelines.

• Improve the Coke AI agent platform — strengthen quality controls, extend project-specific workflows, and increase delivery reliability and automation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
• 2-5 Years of relevant experience
• Experience or knowledge in AI Lifecycle, building datasets, AI pipelines, logging, and monitoring.
• Good to have: Experience with AI, SQL, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs and Service Bus.
• Good to have: GitHub experience – ability to utilize CI/CD paradigm.
• Good to have: Agile/Scrum operating experience using Azure DevOps.
• Personal qualities such as creativity, tenacity, curiosity, and passion for deep technical excellence.
