Supply Chain Digitalization Project Lead designing and deploying advanced data analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and workflow automations.
ASML Taiwan CSCM Logistics Management manages end-to-end logistics operations across multiple warehouse locations, including warehousing, transportation, supplier governance, operational planning visibility and process improvement.
We are looking for a senior digital and data professional who can turn complex operational challenges into scalable analytics, AI, automation solutions used by logistics teams. Lead the design, development and deployment of advanced data analytics, AI-enabled solutions, automation workflows and applications that improve logistics execution, visibility, decision quality and scalability across Taiwan CSCM operations.
Job Scope
• Design and build enterprise-grade dashboards, data models and reporting solutions using Power BI, Microsoft platform, SQL, Python and related technologies.
• Perform advanced data analytics, statistical analysis, predictive modeling to support logistics and supply chain decisions.
• Build scalable data pipelines, self-service reporting capability and KPI governance models for warehouse, transportation, planning and supplier performance.
• Design, develop and maintain business applications to support operational tools for warehouse execution, transportation visibility, field service support, issue reporting, approval flow and frontline logistics use cases.
• Integrate applications with SAP, Alpega, 3PLUS, Microsoft services, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Power Platform and operational data sources.
• Lead the full application lifecycle from requirements, architecture and development to testing, deployment, user adoption and support.
• Identify and deploy AI use cases that create measurable business value for logistics, warehousing, transportation and planning operations.
• Lead proof-of-concept development and scale successful pilots into stable, maintainable production solutions.
• Create documentation, reusable components, development standards and governance practices for sustainable digital products.
• Mentor colleagues and raise team capability in analytics, automation, AI literacy and digital ways of working.
Education
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related technical discipline.
Required experience
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data engineering, software engineering, AI solution design, digital transformation or business application development.
• Strong hands-on programming capability in Python and SQL, plus at least one modern application development language.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Microsoft services, Power Platform or equivalent data and application platforms.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs, databases, cloud services and workflow automation platforms.
• Track record of delivering business-critical digital solution from concept to production deployment.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, semiconductor or high-tech environments.
• Experience with SAP integration and operational data platforms.
