Job Description:

Siamo alla ricerca per una delle nostre societa’ di autotrasporti sita in Peschiera Borromeo (MI) di figura da inserire in stage come Customer Service . La figura selezionata sara’ inserita in un contesto logistico che, in collaborazione con gli altri colleghi, andra’ a gestire in prevalenza attivita’ di assistenza e supporto alle varie richieste che arrivano dai diversi clienti della società nonche’ all’inizio del percorso verra’ prevista anche una parte di segreteria/reception.

La particolarità dei prodotti gestiti dall’azienda, richiedono particolare attenzione e un servizio di risposta al cliente sempre costante, attivo e preciso.

Attivita’:

Assistenza di clienti quali aziende, ospedali/RSA e contesti farmaceutici.
Gestione ordini e spedizioni
Attivita’ relativa a resi e supporto al magazzino
Inserimento richieste di ritiro
Utilizzo quotidiano del gestionale interno per monitoraggio spedizioni
Attivita’ di segreteria e corrispondenza in reception

Requisiti:

Diploma di scuola superiore
Conoscenza base della lingua inglese (B2)
Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici
Buone abilità comunicative, di relazione interpersonale e di lavoro in team
Necessario essere automuniti

Orario di lavoro: 8.30 – 17.30 | 09.00-18.00
