Ihre Aufgaben

Identifizierung von Hebeln für Prozessverbesserungen und Messung der Performance im Einkaufs- und Supply Chain Management Prozess
Automatisierung und Digitalisierung entlang der Procurement & Supply Chain Management Prozesse
Mitwirkung in Data Analysten Netzwerk unter Leitung des Lead Procurement Data Analyst (Brainstorming, Best Practice)
Aufbau von Reports und Dashboards für die internen Kunden zur Darstellung von z.B. Spendanalysen und Performance-KPIs
Analyse von Daten aus verschiedenen Systemen sowie G-Sheets-Datein und Umsetzung von nachhaltigen Datenbanken
Stakeholder Management mit unternehmensinternen und -externen Prozesspartnern z.B. Commodity Leiter, Finance und IT

Ihre Qualifikation:

Diplom/Bachelor/Master im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Affinität zur IT oder auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrungen als Datenanalyst
Erfahrung mit dem Erstellen und Optimieren von Reports und Dashboards z.B. Skywise, SAP, Dataweaver, Business Objects, Lumira, SQL, Python, G-Suites, R/SPSS, Tableau, Power BI
Erfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder Fertigung wünschenswert
Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im (IT-)Projektmanagement von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Souveräne Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
