Data Analyst Lead

You will lead sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analyses, transforming diverse datasets into reliable insights that inform program performance and improvement. The position combines data integration, quality assurance, evaluation methodology, and interpretation across multiple national, administrative, and program-level data sources. You will examine relationships between implementation processes and outcomes while supporting performance measurement and encounter-data analysis. A major focus is building reproducible analytical processes, ensuring data integrity, and translating complex findings into clear recommendations.
